Credit card payments via PAYPAL,.
UK Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars via PAYPAL
or in cold hard cash,
Cheque in UK Pounds from a British bank,
Cheque or Money Order in Euros or US Dollars, (Please email me FIRST if
you wish to pay by this method), I have to add the Bank encashment charge , and
you may need to wait up to 4 weeks for your goods as it takes this long for an
International cheque to clear. I will not send out goods without cleared funds.
Postal Order.
POSTAGE and PACKAGING
I aim to post all items within 48hours of receiving payment.. Payments received on a Thursday will probably be posted on a Friday, but any payments received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday wont be posted until the Monday following.
UK Buyers
I would prefer if every package was send out by special delivery.. that way
it is fully traceable and fully insured, BUT I realise that that may not be a
viable option on lower value goods SO. YOU the Buyer must choose what level of
risk you are prepared to accept when asking me to post stuff out to you by any
other method other than special..............
Posting and packaging standard first class is £1.00
Recorded/signed for delivery is £2.00 but be advised that there is only LIMITED insurance.. up to £28.00 and it DOES-NOT cover "valuable items such as money and jewellery". Therefore banknotes and coins sent by recorded delivery ARE NOT INSURED.. please check at the Royal Mail website if you need guidance
Special Delivery is fully insured and costs £5.00
If you are buying Gold or items above £28 in value I strongly recommend that you choose the Special Delivery option...
My items are always sent will full stickers, and secure in bubble packs/card backed envelopes secured with tape.....and I always get proof of posting...
Overseas buyers...
P&P is for items up to 200g only ( this will cover most coins. banknotes etc)... heavier packets and packages will have to go by Parcelforce and WILL BE MORE than stated here.. I charge P&P at cost for heavier items.....
Postage and packing will be £2.00 as standard.. for first class airmail...for UNINSURED posted with proof of posting and at YOUR RISK......up to 200g
Insured/signed for is RECOMMENDED... at £6.00 this covers up to £30 in value... if the item is more expensive, insurance up to £250.00 is available for £7.00 .......up to 200g
POSTAGE and PACKAGING... ALL my coins are sent out in JIFFY type bubble bags, with a A4 size protective leaflet inside, the coin is either in a plastic wallet or in a card, or coin-capsule style coin holder. The packages are always sent FIRST CLASS, and have my return address sticker on, as well as any other required sticker.. ie AIRMAIL/Customs docket. The packet is sealed with sellotape, and if there is a breakable item, extra bubble padding is used and/or a box with poly balls in. My packages are safe and secure. BANKNOTES are sent in a sturdy card backed envelope, with protective info leaflet, and the notes are put into a captive flap mylar style wallet for protection. Again fully stickered up and secured with tape. DO NOT BEND is on the envelope, and always sent FIRST CLASS. and EVERYTHING is sent with PROOF OF POSTAGE .VAT is included on postage and packing at the standard rate.. if you are VAT registered and need an invoice please ask... and if you wish to take a chance.. you may send your own SAE and I will put the coin/note in... you have the choice.
REFUND POLICY.
I give a 7 Day money back guarantee on all my Items upon safe return of goods. Provided you email me first, and return the goods to me in the condition you received it, and in the original packaging. I strongly recommend using at least recorded delivery as the return Postage method.
